What we do
Our work is based on the lived experience of Disability Equality Scotland members.
Our work includes:
- Training courses for the public
- Training and consultancy for organisations
- Free webinars and resources.
We do a lot of work on inclusive and accessible communication, including specialist Easy Read training.
We co-founded the UK Easy Read Standards Working Group, and these national standards will be launching in October 2026. We also co-founded the International Easy Read Community of Practice.
