We work with an Easy Read User Feedback Group to make sure our Easy Read documents are clear, accessible, and useful for the people they are written for.
Join the feedback group
Our feedback group members review Easy Read documents and tell us what works well and what could be improved. Their feedback helps us make practical changes, such as improving spacing, reducing clutter on the page, using clearer pictures, and keeping documents as short and easy to read as possible.
In 2025, our feedback group reviewed 7 Easy Read documents, and we also held an in-person meet and chat event in Edinburgh.
We are always keen to welcome new members. Anyone who uses Easy Read can join, and members are paid £25 for each document they review and for attending feedback meetings (online or in person). Most feedback is done by email, but phone calls are also available.
